The only additional costs are the actual government application and licence fees, which are paid directly to the relevant licensing authority — not to us. Our fees cover the professional service of preparing and managing your application, not the outcome, as licensing decisions are made by the relevant regulatory authority. If your application is unsuccessful, we can review the outcome with you, explain the reasons provided by the authority and talk through your available options.
Where a formal appeal, full resubmission or significant additional work is required, this will be treated as a separate service and quoted accordingly.

Once you're on our Renewal & Compliance Assistant service, we set up a comprehensive calendar tracking every licence, registration, and certificate you hold. You'll receive automated reminders at 90, 60, 30, and 14 days before each expiry date. When the 60-day mark hits, we start preparing your renewal documentation. You'll also get regular compliance updates on things that may affect your licence, registration or renewal requirements, and you will also receive immediate alerts if there are any regulatory changes that affect your licences.
